Vilarissa Valley Syrah Reserva Red

A clean, bright wine with a deep garnet color. A complex, deep, and elegant aroma where ripe black fruit aromas, especially blackberries, stand out. On the palate, it reveals itself as full-bodied, with a good balance between black fruit, very polished tannins, and good acidity. A long and persistent finish.

Winemaking:
The harvest of this batch began on September 29th and lasted until mid-October. The grapes were transported in 20kg boxes to the winery, where they were selected on the sorting table. This was followed by partial destemming and crushing into stainless steel vats. Alcoholic fermentation took place over 12 days, with temperature control at 23ºC, during which 2-hour pump-over cycles were performed, with each cycle lasting 3 minutes.
