Description

A wine with a velvety structure that reveals delicate aromas of black plum, cherry, and light hints of licorice.

Winemaking:
A careful selection of grapes in very good condition of ripeness that underwent a period of pre-fermentation maceration. This wine was vinified in stainless steel vats and subjected to very gentle pressing in order to preserve the freshness and primary character of the grape varieties. It aged for 3 months in used French oak barrels for better integration of tannins and flavors.
