Description
Crystal clear, straw yellow/citrus color, intense varietal aroma, floral and fruity with citrus notes, well integrated with the wood (honey, vanilla and spices). On the palate it is balanced, fresh and full-bodied, presenting an exuberant, complex and persistent finish.
Winemaking:
In the oldest vineyards of the sub-region, a careful selection of the most ripe grapes is carried out. They are transported exclusively in 20 kg boxes, pressed whole with skin maceration. The must is clarified at 12ºC for 48 hours, fermented and aged in French oak barrels for several months.
