Vinification:
Destemming, soft crushing and thermal shock followed by a period of maceration, pre-fermentation in a cold press for about 12 to 24 hours. Then the wine is transferred to fermentation vats for a slow maceration for 8 days at 22ºC.
Test results:
Aromas of blackberries and black cherries. Balanced and pleasant to drink.
