Vinification of Vinha D'Ervideira Selected Harvest Red 2021 Wine: The grape varieties are vinified separately. Trincadeira, Alicante Bouschet and Cabernet Sauvignon ferment in stainless steel vats with mechanical treading, at a controlled temperature of 25ºC. The Aragonês grape variety ferments in horizontal tanks (vinimatics). Aged for 6 months in French and American oak barrels.
Ervideira Selected Harvest Red is an award-winning DOC from Alentejo. A blend of the Trincadeira, Aragonês, Alicante Bouschet and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties that resulted in a wine with garnet tones, with notes of plum, wild berries and spices in the aroma. In the mouth it is soft, with a notable and elegant structure that persists in the finish and goes very well with red meat dishes.
