Description
Vinha do Altar is located on the Fermentões plateau at an altitude of 600 meters and faces north. It cultivates the Viosinho, Gouveio, and Arinto grape varieties.
The harvest took place in perfect weather conditions during the first week of September. The carefully selected and destemmed grapes were pressed in a pneumatic press, fermented at low temperatures for 4 weeks, and aged on the lees for 6 months.
A very vibrant citrus aroma, with peach and floral notes. On the palate, it is an elegant, very fresh white wine with a slight unctuousness, all in excellent harmony.
