Vinification: Manual vintage by caste. Choose Curl Manual. Total disgust followed by slight crushing of berries. Light cold pelicular maceration of the Touriga Nacional caste. Static clarification. Fermentation at low stainless steel tub, followed by an internship over thin -cuts until late January.
Color: Bright light salmon.
Aroma: Young, with good intensity. Very fresh wild red fruits, lump tree fruits and floral notes stand out. Mineral nuances.
Palate: Dry, very soft and creamy attack. It has a crispy acidity and a persistent and very elegant ending where fresh red fruits stand out.
