Vinha Grande Rosé

Vinification:
The grapes were harvested by hand and selected in the highest areas of the vineyard of Quinta do Exit and arrival at the farm. Then they were grinding gently along with the pneumatic presses, separating the runoff broth from the first presses. There was a long cold decantation, followed by alcoholic fermentation, induced by yeast selected at controlled temperatures between 12ºC and 16ºC. During the period of time between alcoholic fermentation and the elaboration of the final lot, the wines that make up the vineyard great rosé were subjected to numerous evidence and a careful selection. The final lot was bottled after clarification and interned in a bottle before being placed in the market.

TEST NOTES:
It has a pale shade with light pink touches. With an intense bouquet, the elegance of red fruits, such as strawberry, raspberry and cherry, prevails, along with flower flower notes, as well as slight notes of tropical fruits such as pineapple and lychia. In the mouth it has excellent acidity, also displaying an elegant structure and striking presence of red fruits. It has a long and elegant ending.

Storage advice and serve:
The total quality of this wine is 12 months after the vintage, and the bottle should be kept horizontally, in a cool and dry place, at a temperature between 12ºC and 15ºC, under the light. This wine does not require decantation and should be opened some time before it is served to breathe and develop all its potential. It should be served fresh between 8ºC and 10ºC.
