Description

Vinification: Handwater grapes in 25kg boxes at its ideal maturation point. After soft crushing, the grapes are fermented in controlled stainless steel vats and did internship in stainless steel and battonage for 10 months.

TEST NOTES: A wine of intense lemon, aromas the lump fruit (alperce, sleeve and pear) and white flowers (chamomile), in proof is a wine with great grease and freshness.
