White Teixuga Vineyards

With a golden tone, this wine has expressive aromas of alperce, hazelnut and soft smoke notes of great complexity. In the mouth it is fresh, elegant and full, with an explosive mouth, confirming what the aroma had already suggested. End of great persistence to leave in the memory grateful memories.

Vinification:
The wines that are at the base of this lot, from the 2016, 2018 and 2020 crops, after fermentation in controlled temperature stainless steel vats, interned in used French oak barrels. During the internship, it was done “Bâtonnage” periodically, in order to obtain the great integration of wine with the barrel, which varied between 3 and 7 years. In the end, 12 barrels were carefully selected that revealed to the winemakers the ideal characteristics for the objective in view; The harmonization of different three -year wines so that the set was superior to the parts.
