Description

Granada color. Great aromatic complexity, with notes of mature black fruits, suggesting blackberries and plums, involved in spices and some balsamic. Very elegant and fresh, due to delicate tannins, so characteristic of caste. It is a very harmonious wine with great gastronomic aptitude.

Vinification:
Manual vintage in 15kg boxes. Selection of curls in a choice rug followed by deceival and crushing. Fermentation in stainless steel tubs with controlled temperature. 28 -month internship in new and used French oak barrels.
