Garnet color. Great aromatic complexity, with notes of ripe black fruits, suggesting blackberries and plums, enveloped in notes of spices and some balsamic. Very elegant and fresh, due to the delicate tannins, so characteristic of the grape variety. It is a very harmonious wine with great gastronomic aptitude.

Winemaking:
Hand-harvested in 15kg boxes. Selection of bunches on a sorting table followed by destemming and crushing. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature. Aged for 28 months in new and used French oak barrels.
