Description
This wine is produced from the Malvasia grape variety, typical of the region and which allows it to bear the DOC Colares designation. The vineyard is unique in that it is planted in soils traditionally known as "sandy soil". The climate is very specific due to the proximity of the sea and the Sintra mountains. The wine expresses all this climatic and soil specificity of the region.
Citrine color with greenish hues. Clean and youthful aroma with ripe and delicate fruit, highlighting notes of pineapple, floral notes, and a hint of minerality. Lively palate, pleasant structure, and good acidity that balances this overall good ensemble.
