Description
This wine is produced from the Ramisco grape variety, an autochthonous variety of the region, meaning it exists exclusively in the Colares Demarcated Region. The vineyard is unique in that it is planted in soils traditionally known as "sandy soil". The climate is very specific due to the proximity of the sea and the Sintra mountains. The wine expresses all this climatic and soil specificity of the region.
Color: Deep garnet
Taste and Aroma: Complex aromas with fruit and very delicate on the palate, revealing great astringency, clearly requiring time in the bottle to calm down, very hard tannins and a fine, medium finish.
