Fonte do Ouro Encruzado fermented in barrels and remained for 4 months with batonnage. It presents aromas of white and citrus fruits, with notes of oak. On the palate it reveals itself as voluminous, fresh, very mineral and elegant. The finish is very smooth, pleasant and long.
Bright pale green color. Fresh citrus/tropical aroma (pineapple), marked minerality combined with the toasty character of the barrels. On the palate, the sensation of freshness and minerality mark the wine; the volume and persistence are remarkable. Very smooth, pleasant, and persistent.
