Description
Flavor and Aroma : Aroma of ripe red and wild berries, combined with spice notes from the grape varieties used and balanced by a touch of vanilla. Full-bodied and structured, it presents a long and harmonious finish, with well-present, high-quality tannins.
Winemaking:
Pre-fermentation maceration, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, post-fermentation maceration. Part of the batch aged for 18 months in extra-fine grain American and French oak barrels.
