Description
Test results:
Cherry red color. Aroma with good intensity where fresh red fruits and strawberries stand out. Creamy palate with good acidity, balanced aromas and long finish.
Winemaking:
The vineyard is set in very stony shisterous terrain and with excellent sun exposure. The different varieties are planted in plots, thus allowing perfect accompaniment. Manual harvest in small boxes. Total pursuit. Slight maceration. Temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats. Stage on thin lees with regular bâtonnage until bottling.
