Vinho Quinta Cardo Doc Branco

Vinification of Quinta do Cardo White Wine 2022: the fresh grapes harvested by hand, in 12-20 kg boxes, are quickly transported to the winery where they are pressed, whole with the stems, for around 4-5 hours with the aim of obtaining richer and more fresh musts. Fermentation took place at a controlled temperature of 14°C for 4 weeks. After fermentation, the wine aged on the lees, with weekly battônage, until bottling.
