A turnaround in the original mixture, Smokey Monkey is a wedding of Scotland's best malt whiskeies and brings peak and barley sugar notes to a sweet and smoky flavor. This mixture malt whiskey was created specifically to be used in bars. Highland peat instead of a peat Islay was used to create this whiskey, which was made with the consultation of a bartenders team. Whiskey was aged in first -filled Bourbon barrels.
