This blend is a rich and gourmet single malt that highlights the unique charm of Kavalan.

Kavalan Port Cask Finish 70CL : This single malt whisky uses Ruby, Tawny, and Vintage Port casks from Portugal to finish whiskies that were initially matured in American oak. Kavalan Concertmaster was named Best in Class at the 2011 International Wine & Spirit Competition .

Exam Notes :
Aroma : Red grapes and cloves, followed by a generous dose of vanilla. A hint of tobacco leaf and biscuit dough.
Palate : Brown sugar mixed with ground cinnamon and white pepper, immersed in a good Port. A core of warmth from the white oak.
Finishing touches : Raisins, prunes, strawberry compote, and a hint of tobacco.
