Citrine yellow color with greenish hues. Very elegant fruity aroma, well combined with mineral notes and vegetal nuances that give it great freshness. On the palate it presents a lively acidity and great harmony between all the aromas, in a medium-bodied wine, very elegant and with a long finish.

Winemaking:
Winemaking takes place between the 1st and 2nd week of September. The grapes are immediately protected against oxidation upon arrival, then transferred to a pneumatic press where they are gently pressed. The must is left to settle for 24 hours, until it reaches the desired turbidity, and then separated from the lees that have formed. This clean must is fermented with the inoculation of selected yeasts. Fermentation lasts for 15 days, always with the temperature controlled to not exceed 14ºC. After alcoholic fermentation, the batches are stacked in stainless steel tanks to better preserve their freshness and fruitiness, and a small portion is aged in French oak barrels to increase complexity. After this, the wine is stabilized and filtered, followed by bottling and subsequent aging for 3 months in the bottle.
