Zoma Touiga Nacional reflects in all its splendor the characteristics of this noble caste, especially red and floral fruit, such as violet, in perfect harmony with the balsamic notes of wood. Complex and very well balanced, soft tannins. Fresh and prolonged mouth end.


Vinification: After cared for grapes selection in their perfect ripening and cooled state, the lagar maceration takes place for 24 hours. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel vats, between 7 and 12 days to a controlled temperature.

A portion of the plot interned for 18 months in French oak barrel, where 45% of the batch in Barrica Nova and 35% in 2nd year barrels.
The remaining part of the lot in stainless steel vats.
