Citrine yellow color. Austere aroma, with a fresh and mineral character. Demonstrates complexity, with smoky notes, resulting from aging in wood, especially well integrated with citrus aromas. Excellent body, volume and freshness, with a perfect balance between fruit and acidity. Persistent finish, with excellent acidity and freshness.
Winemaking:
Hand-harvested with selection in the vineyard. Fermentation and aging in French oak barrels for 9 months with temperature control. A small portion of the batch is dyed in stainless steel tanks.
