Description
Zom Tinto has a ruby hue with complex aromas of ripe red fruit and balsamic notes, in perfect harmony with toasted notes from oak aging. On the palate it reveals freshness, ripe fruit and complex tannins. A long, fruity finish.
Winemaking:
Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Part of the batch was aged in second- and third-year French oak barrels for 12 months at a temperature below 15ºC.
